We are looking for an experienced and responsible Wholesale Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth functioning of the shop. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle customer and supplier relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the wholesale shop
• Manage and lead a team of sales staff and helpers
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and timely replenishment
• Monitor product display and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders
• Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure billing, cash handling, and transactions are accurate
• Implement company policies and maintain discipline among staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or supermarket operations
